Email info@spotlightventures.co.uk with the app name, the right you want to use and enough information to locate the relevant data.
Surveying firms may control inspection and report data. We will explain when a request must be handled by the relevant firm.
What happens next
- We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity or authority before disclosing or changing personal data.
- We normally respond without undue delay and within one calendar month. We will explain if a lawful extension or exemption applies.
- Rights are not absolute and may depend on the processing, legal basis, firm ownership, store records or records we must retain.
