Delete a Surveyor IQ account.

Delete in the app

• Sign in to Surveyor IQ.
• Open Account and privacy.
• Choose Delete account, enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.
• Access is disabled and active sessions are revoked when the request is accepted.

If you cannot sign in

Email info@spotlightventures.co.uk. We may ask for proportionate identity verification and will not confirm whether an account exists before verification.

What is removed

Eligible profile, authentication, local workspace and account-linked data is removed or de-identified. Unsynchronised local work may be lost.

Deleting the app alone does not delete the account.

What may remain

Firm-owned reports, evidence, billing, security, authorship and audit records may remain where the firm or Spotlight Ventures must retain them. Backup copies expire under the applicable retention process.
